This light is great! You can control the amount of blue/red light and my plants were the best yet with this light. The light burnt out one day and their customer service responded quickly and was super nice and helpful. They shipped me a replacement light right away.

The three stages of light are perfect for the vegetation and bloom states as well as reduces the power consumption. Also, use the provided glasses or you’ll burn yours eyes out! Just kidding, it is super bright so I would suggest using them. Hands down the best light I’ve owned.
